# Professional Support

Professional support is recommended for customers who use Upstash as part of
their production systems.

Professional support includes the following services:

* Response time SLA
* Dedicated Slack/Discord Channels
* Dedicated real time support: We reserve our engineers for you to help you for
  cases like architecture review, product launch or data migration. Max 10 hours
  per / month.

### Response Time SLA

* General guidance: 24 hours
* System impaired: \< 12 hours
* Production system impaired: \< 4 hours
* Production system down: \< 1 hour
